Due to the possible use of common lines, the possibility of traces of nuts cannot be totally eliminated from all products.
2. GMO Status of Wonderful ice cream products
None of the ingredients used in our products contain Genetically Modified Organisms.
3. Halal Enquires
All the ingredients that we use does not contain alcohol, all our products are certified Halal by HDC Malaysia.
4. Animal Products
Wonderful Ice Cream products do not contain any animal fat (i.e. Lard, dripping, edible tallow, etc.). The fat in our ice creams comes from milk fat (which is present in milk) and palm oil.
All our current stabilisers used in the ice cream are of vegetable origins. Traces of Egg will not be found on our products as they we do not use egg in our production lines.
5. Factory Accreditation
Wonderful Creamery (M) Sdn. Bhd. manufactures all of the products in the Wonderful Ice Cream, Kids Ice Cream, Snowman Ice Cream, Dolphin Ice Cream, Kids Ice Cream and Embrace Ice Cream range. The factory has a certificate of accreditation as a Ice Cream Manufacture (number L0041794-01), which is audited regularly by MBI (Majlis Bandaraya Ipoh, State Authority).
The factory, as a holder of this accreditation, complies with the requirements of Malaysia Food Act 2000. This is achieved by utilising Halal Status as a process control measure to prevent the manufacture of out of specification product. All product manufactured at the factory is tested to comply with the National Food Standards Code.
The factory is under-going Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) certifications under the government authority VET (Veternary Department Malaysia) to further enhance the process control. The factory is target to get the certification by mid of 2009.
6. How can I buy Wonderful Ice Cream?
You will be able to buy Wonderful Ice Cream when you see the freezers with the Wonderful Logo. Tubs in Snowman, Dolphin and Creamseal Brand is available in The Store Outlets, Billion outlets, TF Value outlets, mainly middle range supermarkets.
If you want to get a great offer, you can buy direct from the factory in bulk with a 10% off from retail price. We have great offer 3 times a year with a huge offer of 50% off on New Year Day, Labour Day and Merdeka Day every year from 9:00a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

7. Preservatives in Wonderful Ice Cream Products
Wonderful Ice Cream does not use preservatives in their ice cream and ice blocks. Freezing is the main preservative method for ice cream.

What do you mean by Standard & Premium flavour?
Basically premium means with inclusion of real fruits in the ice cream. As for standard flavour the ice cream is made from flavour only.
If let say you request for mango and durian to be premium, we will put in addition of fruit fresh to improve the flavour and texture of the ice cream. Red bean and black sesame ice cream will have addition of inclusion, therefore it’s consider as premium ice cream.
